Customer Introduction Food

Shanghai Ziyan Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ziyan Food) is a national chain enterprise specializing in cooked food, with 35 years of dedicated cultivation. On September 26, 2022, it successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board, becoming a listed company in the side dish pickled food industry (stock code: 603057). As of June 2023, Ziyan Food has opened more than 6100 "Ziyan Hundred Flavors Chicken" chain stores in over 200 cities in more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country, as well as in Europe, both online and offline. It has also built multiple large standard factories both domestically and abroad, and opened several sub-brands under the umbrella brand that cover leisure catering and leisure pickled food categories. It has continuously settled in various platforms such as Taobao, Douyin, Kuaishou, Little Red Book, and Youzan online, with daily orders exceeding 10,000.

Facing Challenges

The group faces challenges in managing multiple brands under its e-commerce business and in unified management of invested brands.
The business has a rich variety of channels, but the process from B-class orders to large customers, from distributors to customer service, and from customer service to factory fulfillment is complex.
There is a need for flexible batch processing of orders, but the current system changes the original order when splitting and replacing it, and the granularity of the order processing process is not fine enough, leading to inventory deductions.
With many warehouses, real-time synchronization of inventory across multiple platform stores is difficult, and the flexibility of inventory allocation is not high.
The granularity of abnormal order segmentation is insufficient, making it hard to investigate the causes of abnormalities at the end of the month and subsequently.
The logistics cost checking process is cumbersome, and currently, it is not possible to use PDA to check logistics intervals in reverse to control logistics costs.
The order perspective for sales and the SKU perspective are scattered, requiring manual matching at the end of each month, which is cumbersome.
There is a desire to connect to the Qimen interface, but Qimen requires customers to have qualifications for private deployment.
Due to the dispersion of order data and the short retention period of historical data such as logistics, data may be incorrect or lost, which is not conducive to auditing.
The billing model is not unified, with different order templates, making integration and classification cumbersome, and the granularity of calculation is unclear, making gross profit calculation very difficult.
The current system cannot support customized requirements and cannot meet
